ESGR was established in 1972 to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment. Today ESGR operates through a network of more than 4,500 volunteers throughout 56 Committees located in each state, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Europe.

itSMF USA is the United States chapter of the ITSMF international organization which has over 40 chapters. Based on the ITIL framework which was developed in the 1980s, IT Service Management has expanded to support and promote other Service Management frameworks such as ISO20000, COBIT, BS17799, PRINCE2, Six Sigma and many others. itSMF USA is a member driven organization organized in Local Interest Groups (LIGs) and one Student-Special Interest Group (S-SIG) located in over forty major metropolitan areas of the country and many others are being started.

NaVOBA unites current and future veteran-owned businesses by acting as the national voice for the veteran business movement. There are currently three million veteran-owned businesses in the United States. NaVOBA works to convince corporate America and the government to consider using veteran-owned businesses as preferred vendors.
