Contracting Vehicles
The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. eFAST supports the following contract types: Firm-Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable, Time and Materials, Labor Hour and others as appropriate.
The NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) GWAC (Government-Wide Acquisition Contract) provides the latest in Information Technology (IT) products and services for all Federal Agencies and their approved contractors. The statutory authority allowing usage of the SEWP contracts by the entire Federal Government is NASA's designation as an Executive Agent by OMB based on the Information Technology Management Reform Act (ITMRA) of 1996, now the Clinger Cohen Act.
The VECTOR IDIQ supports the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) business and management support needs. This 10-year Multi-Agency (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract allows federal agencies to acquire business and management services in multiple service areas.
The VETS 2 contract is GSA’s only Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside Government-wide Agency Contract (GWAC). This GWAC provides Federal agencies with customized IT services and solutions that can be tailored to meet an agency’s particular mission needs
